Refund Policy

Effective July 7, 2026 (applies when credit packs launch)

The simple version

• Unused packs: full refund within 14 days of purchase if no credits from the pack have been spent.
• Partially used packs: refund of the unused remainder within 14 days, minus payment processing fees, at our reasonable discretion.
• Failed renders: credits are only charged for successful renders. If a take fails and credits were deducted, contact us and we restore them.
• Not refundable: credits spent on successful renders, and packs purchased more than 14 days ago.

How to request

Email support@yif.ai from your account address with the purchase receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
